    Passion=Profits

    This is one of the best books I have ever read, because it quantifies and explains how to manage what we have always known: that we are predominantly emotional human beings, as customers and employees. But organizations have failed to realize and take advantage of that. They keep treating employees and customers if they were robots. No wonder our corporations' revenue growth has stalled! It is a must read for anyone interested in revenue growth and profit growth. Real Growth!

    They have done it AGAIN!

    After First Break all the Rules, I thought there was no way Gallup could top that. But they have. Coffman and Molina have sculpted one of the most clear and concise overviews of what drives "true" growth. A great layout of the role people (employees and customers) play in building or destroying an organizations future. Finally a new - and insightful "new pair of glasses." The "emotional economy!" I love it. Want to really change and grow? BUY THIS BOOK!
