Fortune's Fool was an easy and enjoyable read. The characters were fun and the history of Memphis during the depression was interesting. However, this novel was riddled with typographical errors and words that should have been deleted from the text. I hope that if Ms. Sevier had this professionally edited that she fires him/her and seeks out another professional. I was also a bit disappointed that some of the characters, such as Franklin's nephew, were introduced but dropped out of site. It would have been nice to have known what happened to them. My advice to anyone putting out an ebook is---proofread it carefully before you publish it!
