    Incredible book

    This book has already made such a good difference in the way I eat. I eat "real" food and I'm losing weight. No more fat free, sugar free or processed fake food for me. I take lots of medications, and I just decided I didn't need any more chemicals than that going into my body. I discovered this book and it was exactly what I needed to eat healthy natural DELICIOUS foods.

    I loved this book! All of the advice is wonderful and it really made me look hard at some of my bad eating habits. My freezer was stuffed with those 'diet' packaged foods to just grab and eat. But the advice in this book says do NOT eat those diet foods and never just 'grab and eat' because it actually contributes to a weight problem! He gives excellent advice on calming oneself and dealing with stress - and not just the usual advice. And the recipes are great, too. Well worth reading and DO APPLY THE ADVICE and, like me, you will actually ENJOY the eating experience again!

    This is a great read. It's interesting, fun and has some great recipes too. The author's ideas are simple -- not lots of work to understand or implement into your life. I intend to follow anything this guy writes.

    Life changing and wonderful!

    Remembering not to diet has made such a lovely difference in my life. My family and i eat well and enjoy our real food and we feel better and look better. I cannot recommend this enough!

    This book is a gift to give to yourself on how to enjoy all of life in a healthy way!
