The French Revolution was a fraud and hoax!
British historian Nesta Webster ably shows that in contrast to erroneous presumption about the causes of the French Revolution in that the revolution was the action of the downtrodden masses of the French people, in reality it was a plot by a conspiratorial group under the leadership of the Duc d’Orleans, a Freemason and also a member of the Illuminati. Winston Churchill was so convinced by Mrs .Webster’s theory that in 1920 he wrote: “This conspiracy against civilization dates from the days of Weishaupt [and] played a recognisable role on the French Revolution.” Webster demonstrates that the concept of large numbers of Frenchmen supporting the revolution is erroneous, because in truth “out of the 800,000 inhabitants of Paris only approximately 1,000 took any part in the siege of the Bastille”. The plan of the conspirators was simple: to create “popular” grievances, such as artificial shortage of grain, orchestrated inflation and famine, in order to exploit them to their benefit and create the impression that the King Louis XVI himself was responsible. In fact, during the alleged “oppressive” reign of Louis XVI, France was the most prosperous of all the European nations prior to the revolution. The benevolent King was promoting a rise of the middle class by encouraging a better and healthier society, an effort which prompted the Conspiracy to eliminate not only the King and the present ruling class but the middle class as well. The archenemy of the Conspiracy, and this is true even today, is always the middle class. Webster shows that the French Revolution was a fraud and hoax because the people were being manipulated for reasons not made known to them. Her book must be a must-read for the historians and all those who take interest in knowing the truth behind the world events.
