This cookbook is full of French recipes from a woman who knows french food, having lived in France for the majority of her life. I recommend reading French Women Don't Get Fat along with the cookbook so that you can get a full view of what Guiliano is advising: using your head before gobbling up the entire refrigerator and compensating with physical movement everyday to stay slim. She's a fun writer with interesting stories and a great approach to life, food and especially wine!
