I absolutely love this book. The photos are so gorgeous and happy that the hardest part is definitely deciding what to make! And the influences come from literally all around the world (there are awesome little stories and photos about traveling and cooking on a yacht), so no matter what I'm in the mood for, I can find something that sounds just right. I've cooked from the book for friends and I have NEVER gotten such great compliments about how flavorful and different (but not weird!) the food was. I was super proud, they loved it, and nothing kept me from my guests too long!
The Israeli couscous with shrimp and zucchini is one I've gone back to a few times--it's such an easy thing to make and it's filling without being heavy at all. I'd never think to grate raw zucchini into a "pasta salad" type dish but it's amazing! I've found all the ingredients really easily, too, which helps (and nothing's so unusual I can't put it to good use tomorrow).
There are so many amazing cookbooks out there, but this will take top spot on your shelf--no question.
