I bought this ebook because the story seemed interesting : a teen girl forced to go live with her aunt and uncle at their zoo following the death of her parents. Unfortunately, the interest in the story fell short. It was difficult to look past the countless, glaring spelling errors, the poor grammar and sentence structure and even the incorrect and missing punctuation. The girl was so full of herself, but maybe when you grow up surrounded by immense wealth you automatically think you're better than everyone else and all the boys fall for you. I was hugely disappointed there wasn't more about the zoo in the story. After all, isn't that what the story was partly supposed to be about? It's the reason why I bought it. I finished the entire book but almost didn't ...especially when I reached the part about the rattlesnake. If the author knew anything about snakes and snake handling she would know you don't handle rattlesnakes like you would a python or boa constrictor. Professional snake handlers don't do it and certainly not a teenaged boy. Especially not a Diamondback, which the author implied the snake was. I wanted to like this story, but there was no way I could. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
