    Beautiful

Love George W and all the Bush's, a great American Family. Saw Dana Perrino hold the book up on "Five at Five" a Fox program, and ordered it right then. Wonderful photography, by Eric Draper, loved the writings with the pictures. He captured the heart and soul of our President, wish he was still in the White House, we need him and Laura to calm our country. This book is done so tastefully, and yet there are funny pictures in it. I will be giving this book as Christmas presents, as I think music and books enlighten our being. If you want a great coffee table book or a book to add to your library this is it. It's beautiful, thank you Mr Draper you made one American proud to own your pictures.

As a very big fan of President George W. Bush, I have been anticipating the arrival of this book for some time.   It is beyond my expectation in the quality of the photographs, the candor and touching sincerity in each of the photos.   It is a treasure chest of wonderful memories of a wonderful man and a wonderful President!!!

Even better than we had hoped

At first we were taken aback by the lack of captions for each photo (only a location). We paged through the entire book and were moved by each one. Then we discovered the captions in the back of the book and with a small photo adjacent. And we really like that! We both discussed it, and we determined that the editors were right to allow us to just study the photos, the faces, the gestures, the characters, the location (without really knowing it). By concentrating on the photos themselves (and, after all, that's what this book is all about), we could draw our own conclusions, shed our own tears, rejoice in the friendships and other relationships without the need for more explanation at that moment. Yet it's all there for the history when we want it. A really beautiful book by a really professional photographer with a lot of inside knowledge.

Was this photographer paid by tax payer money, where as the normal media photographers took pictures for free?
