Excellent Book for those who are serious
Thi is an excellent book on the fundamentals and practice of functional training. Excellent information and presentation, allowing the reader to put this into practice right away. This is not at all written like fluff fitness magazine articles and should not be thought of as an "entertainment" book - although it is a good read. This is for people who are serious about making improvments and changes to their training to make it more practical and effective. Good for coaches, trainers, and others directly involved in sports teams or individuals sports and looking to improve their own or theirt atletes performances.
