Outstanding!

Great inside look of an NFL franchise, especially since it's the G-Men!

disappointing

You get no insight into the daily life of a NFL GM. According to this book, the only thing Ernie Accorsi did during his last season was pack up his belongings and watch the games from the tunnel under the stadium.
A couple of decent stories from Accorsi's past are the only thing saving it from a one star ranking.

Great Book for NY Giant Football Fans

This is a terrific book, a must read for any NY Giant Football fan. This book was extremely eventful, and a great prognostication, as the book was written before the Giants winning the Super Bowl XLII. Ernie Arcosi, the former general manager of the Giants, had demonstrated his superior skills as a GM(general manager) by drafting Eli Manning, who became the Super Bowl MVP. Ernie Arcosi displayed confidence that Eli Manning would do a great job.
