    Interesting reading and lovely patterns

    This book is a very interesting read. Each pattern includes a section about the designer as well as both chart and text patterns for the design. The projects are definitely ambitious and there is some knowledge required before you start, so a beginner's knitting/lace book and a little experience might be a good idea first. But when you're ready to tackle a truly gorgeous bit of lace-work, this would be a good book to try.
