Mesmerizing

I absolutely loved this book. It's definitely one of my favorite Nora Roberts books. I loved Eve's personality: smart, bold, compassionate, and with that i-don't-take-s***- attitude that i admired. The plot was very well written, the characters intriguing, and the dialogue smart. I would certainly recommend this book to anyone who's interested in Nora Roberts.

GENUINE LIES By Nora Roberts

I found GENUINE LIES suspenseful and engaging. I loved the peek into Hollywood lives, the glamour, the secrets, the lies. Julia Summers is a biographer and a single mother of her ten year old son, Brandon. She lost her parents and Brandon's father left her. All she wants most in the world is to succeed at what she does and to be the best Mom to Brandon. Julia is contracted to write a biography of movie goddess, Eve Benedict which gets the storyline moving suspensefully with threats to Julia's life.

One of Nora Robert's BEST!!

I have this book in my collection. Over the years i have read this book several times. It is amazingly thrilling,romantic,mysterious,and has just the right amount of humor. This book is addictive and I highly recommend it!!

A quick read that pulls you into the fashionable Hollywood of fifty years ago and weaves beautifully with the present lives of the stars. Shocking twists and amazing truths that hit at your heart.

Again Mrs. Roberts does it again

This book was so awesome. Mrs. Roberts does it again with this novel. The love was so complete with Julia and Paul. The plot was breathtaking and the mystery in this book is too much, you wont know who the killer is until the end. Athough the lusty scenes could be more lustier. This book was great and I would recommend this book to anyone

Simply Amazing

I've read a lot of books by Nora Roberts but this one is the most mesmerizing book i've read by her. It left me stunned through the whole thing. Every new chapter made me read more, so by the time the end of the book came i could barely stop to do other things because i had to finish it! This book was just truly captivating, if you have not already read it, then i suggest getting it as soon as possible! it is well worth time and money :)

My Favorite Nora Roberts Novel!!!

I absolutely LOVE this book. The ending shocked me and it was a riveting page turner. Do not miss this book! I've read SEVERAL of Robert's novels and find this one to be the best!!!

Nora Roberts is probably my favorite writer, and this is one of the five books of hers that I have. I do find it very well-written and interesting, but I think that the mystery she weaves into the end of the story detracts from the overall mood slightly. It kind of disrupts the flow of the romance and the timeline. It is my least favorite of hers that I have read so far, but that is still highly recommending it.

Not a bad plot. The plot wasn't bad but I thought there was too

Not a bad plot. The plot wasn't bad but I thought there was too much sex especially under the circumstances. It just didn't seem believable that Julia - the main female character - wanted to have sex after she had been accused of murder & under other stressful situations - that was too much. Julia's character should have been upset, afraid, stressed, etc... but not turned on 24/7. Ms. Nora just made Julia's character seemed like a slutty Mother - not nice. The storyline was good if you don't mind a lot of corruption from almost all the characters in this book and a felling that you're reading a "risque novel", other than that the storyline was good :-)
