If you can't wait to get to calculus...this is the book!

This book helped me learn the basics of plane Euclidean geometry and trigonometry so that I could be on my way to calculus. It's a shame that there were 'some' typos and more practice questions weren't included but given the length of the book, this book provides all that you'll need for calculus.

    Well Done! Not Too Difficult!

This is a great review or introduction to geometry and trigonometry, with being overly stuffy. The self-review exercises are generally well suited to self-study, although there are a few minor mistakes. Written in a time when calculators and personal computers were still a thing of the future, the book emphasizes a pen-and-paper approach that is not available in more recent presentations. This book is a must for those wishing to bridge their leaning from algebra to calculus and higher math. A good review for parents, who wish to help their high school students.

This book is great! If your are studying geometry and trigonometry for the first time or as a refresher course this is the book for you. It explains EVERYTHING. While studying you have in chapeter questions and reviews to make sure you are understanding the information. I only wish I had this book when I first studied these subjects.

An excellent way of helping students comprehend the diverse subjects of mathematics

This book is a terrific volume of material that enables you to comprehend the topics better. Selby does a superb job with giving proofs, diagrams, charts, and so forth, plus extra exercises in order for the reader to practice and master mathematics completely.
