Brett's books are always great for children and provide good discussions of morals and values. The illustrations are excellent!
I have used her books, this new one included, in my teaching of young children and find many values in them. They promote good discussions of behavior, customs, character quality, and life skills.

Great book
Wonderful sequel, or book by itself. Illustrations are beautiful. I've read it to my 5 yr old and to K-2 grades at school. They all love it! The side illustrations lead to lots of clues for predicitons, and disscussions.
