Great for anyone with Celiac Disease
Since I was just recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I had many questions about my new diet. This book has all the answers to the questions I've had. I have checked numerous times for answers in this book, and have always had my question answered. What a great reference this is!

I love this informational book!
Its got everything you need in one place! Checked it out of the library and it was on a waiting list so I couldn't renew it. I am purchasing my own copy, as there is so much information in it.
