A reference and a cookbook, turn to any page and you'll find help.

Marlisa Brown lives the gluten free diet simply and deliciously. And it shows in Gluten-Free, Hassle Free. The tone of the book is cheerful and reassuring. I recommend Gluten-Free, Hassle Free for beginners and experienced gluten free followers.

    Really Good Book

As a student studying dietetics, Gluten Free Hassle Free has proved to be an invaluable resource to my library. This book is thorough and complete; in fact, it's opened my eyes to so many details about following a gluten-free diet which I knew little about.

There are many recipes and meal plans that look tasty that anyone would want to try. Also the inclusion of dining out cards, which come in numerous different languages, are helpful to those dining out abroad or in local ethnic restaurants, taking the guesswork out of ordering and making eating out less stressful and more pleasurable.

I know in the future I'll work with patients who cannot have gluten and this book has given me a great foundation and I'm sure that I will use it time and time again before (and after) graduation.

    Wrong Review

To Deetsy, The book is over 300 pages not 25. You are reviewing the wrong book. This book is full of great recipes and tips to live a gluten-free life.

What a fabulous book over 100 recopes, dining out cards in 14 languages, gluten-free meal
plans, tips, gluten-free charts, nutritional information, basics of reading food labels. A must
for anyone trying to live gluten-free, or for anyone who is trying to prepare food for
someone who is gluten-free. When I was reading someone else's review, on th Barnes and Noble
site they said this book was only 25 pages long, but it was more then 300 pages, they
must have accidentally reviewed the wrong book. It is a good thing I checked it out myself
and didn't pay attention to that review

Most people don't have a clue what is naturally gluten free, and this book serves to not only emphasize how very easy it is to eat gluten free, but also how easy it would be to incorporate a gluten free diet to help with loved ones or visitors who require a special diet. You don't invite people over to your home and tell them to "brown bag it" --- and you'll never have to with this book. If you're looking to make even small changes in your diet, pick up this book and enjoy some great alternatives to gloppy gluten meals. Also works perfect if YOU are the guest and your host(ess) claims to not know a thing to cook for you. Buy an extra copy for anyone who "can't get it right" when it comes to serving you a palatable meal.
