A Home Run!
I've read a lot of these books and this is by far the best! Goal is amazingly easy to follow and kept me motivated all the way. It says "It's the little book that helps in a big way" - and boy does it ever. The thing that made all the difference was the focus on action. Within a few days Goal had me taking action and the 30 day goal track kept me going! That is what makes this book so great. I was "off and running" right away and got all the motivation I needed to reach my goal!
