Intriguing Concept, Great Reading
All artists sign their work in one fashion or another; if there truly is an "Infinite, Radiant Is," (as Richard Bach referred to the all-encompassing divine power in his book, "Illusions") then it only makes sense that we--all of us who live, have ever lived and ever will live--have some type of "signature" from our creator, as well. In "The God Code," Braden provides a wonderfully unique theory that says that our DNA is encoded with the name of God, offering extensive research to support his findings, and providing, in the concluding portion of the book, compelling reasons why we may want to consider this information in a very practical sense.
While not as much of a "primer" as his previous work, "The Divine Matrix," or a hands-on tool such as Dr. Wayne Dyer's "Manifest Your Destiny," "The God Code" *feels* like something that was vitally important to read, vitally important to know as we move together into what is bound to be a very interesting future.
If you approach this book with an attitude that says, "Ah, all of this stuff is baloney, and I don't believe a word of it..." Then as you think, so shall it be, and you won't enjoy it at all. If you come to the book with an open mind--and if you enjoy Braden's other works, or those of contemporaries such as Deepak Chopra, Doreen Virtue, Neale Donald Walsch or Dr. Wayne Dyer, then I propose that you will cause yourself to lose much sleep in order to finish this book, as did I.
