    I Also Recommend:

I wrote it - best book ever written.

Really - best ever. I wrote this book over the course of about 20 years. It started as a collection of writings on various topics that I would veer into usually during a college lecture (I'm a lawyer with two advanced degrees and 3 undergrad majors)... As time passed I realized that most of my musings/writings would have common elements - those being the contemplation of life (what it all means - defining our place in the universe sort of thought) and how those questions would be addressed by various players in the universe - not the least of which include God and Eddie Van Halen. I think that you will find this book entertaining, funny, sad, emotional, raw, & by my own admission a bit flighty (heuristic leaps here and there...). It is beyond all else an address to the generations that will follow - as the John Stuart Mill quote indicates, "If society lets any considerable number of its members grow up mere children, incapable of being acted on by rational consideration of distant motives, society has itself to blame for the consequences." I hope you enjoy my book - Bill Jacobs.

    I love this book!!!!

It's funny, romantic, and crazzzy... I loved reading about your love for your children, your wife, and your family.

You make it very clear to have no proclamation as to the reason we're all here or where were going after...the honesty in that is breath taking in a world that so many believe, in the certainty of it all.

I've always been a what, where, why, how kind of person, if there is no rational, I feel the need to keep looking.. somewhere along the pages in your book, I felt that it's okay not to have all the answers, and be good with that too...
