Kent's honesty doesn't whisper, it shouts!
A little too close to home? Perhaps. But the bare bones candor Keri Wyatt Kent uses in this book makes it one all 'real' mothers can relate to. In an age of car pooling, fast-tracking kids and Supermoms, this book reminds us that we will always come up short unless we are letting God whisper to us of His acceptance. Kent gives practical examples of failing to listen, ensuing consequences and how to stop and really hear the soft music of God's voice in the midst of motherloads of chaos. Was this review helpful? Encouragement for mothers
I want to tell people why I wrote this book. I wrote it when my children were one and three, so it's a realistic book about growing spiritually in the midst of a season of life when you don't seem to have a minute to yourself. If you long to grow spiritually but need some practical help and encouragement, this book is for you. It's a short book with short, easy to read chapters, but I hope it will make you think. After you read it, please post a review! Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
