Reduce your body fat and reach your fitness goals!
As a competitive amateur athlete (age 41), I was getting really tired of working out hard yet not seeing the results I wanted. My wife and I saw this book and started following its advice. That was about 7 months ago, and now--finally!--our bodyfat percentages are close to where we want them to be. We both have more energy for workouts (and for life in general), and feel much healthier overall. We have learned so much about how to eat well, how to train effectively, and how to reach our fitness goals. Anyone can do this. Try it. IT WORKS!!!
