I'm a PGA golf professional and Titleist Performance Institute Certified instructor. I find this book to be very accurate and illustrations are very clear. They break down the different topics in a very clear manner. If you follow this exercise manual you will make some great improvement. Two keys are flexibility with stability. This covers both and combines them to make your time more efficient. Great book!

I just read Golf Anatomy; much better than i expected a golf fitness book to be!
i just finished my first read of Golf Anatomy and although i was tentative before starting it i was pleasantly surprised. i thought this book would be similar to a few of the other exercise books i have read on golf but it wasnt. the chapters are relatively easy to follow but there is plenty of description and explanation. they just wrote it in language i can understand.
The Golf Anatomy book does a great job of teaching you why you should be doing each exercise as the authors give an exanple of how the exercise will help the actual golf swing.
i have to read the book again as i missed a lot of the details but will definitely try and get my golf instructor to read this book as i think it will help him understand his students bodies and swings better.
