I bought this cookbook and it is a total lifesaver. My daughter is allergic to dairy, soy, wheat, nuts, and many others. This cookbook has allowed me to make her cupcakes for her birthday, pancakes for breakfast (before this she ate oatmeal EVERY day...yuck!), and yummy cookies. Cindy has included many good tips on baking without the regulars, and also lots of helpful definitions of things you see on labels but don't know what they really are. My daughters food life is just a little more normal because of this book and for that I am eternally grateful!
