Great cleaning guide for those who don't want to use chemicals.

This has a lot of good information on using every-day products instead of chemicals to clean all sorts of things. There are even tips about pets.

    Great Tips for Green Cleaning

I own and operate an eco-friendly house cleaning company in San Francisco, and I rely heavily on the information provided in this book. It is so important in this day and age to keep toxins out of the environment. If you'd like to learn more about green cleaning techniques, you can check out our website at http://www.greenforce.biz

Good, economical ideas with easy to find products for cleaning

I like this little book for cleaning with products that are readily found at the local grocery store. I would recomment it.

    Green Cleaning

As I was walking down the Bargain Book isle, "Green Cleaning" seemed to jump right off the shelf. Since I am always searching for ways to green up my house (due to my allegies to many of today's cleaning supplies), I glanced through this book and determined immediately that this book, with all its "recipes" for home-made cleaning supplies, was perfect. It was compact and contained a lot of information. If I had any complaints, it was that I purchased the only copy from the shelf. Since I intended to give this as a hostess gift, I was really disappointed, as I would have purchased two copies instead of one. When I looked through the book, I found the information very useful and well-presented. I will continue to check to see if this book has been restocked at our local B&N and, when it is, I will purchase a copy for myself, after which it will occupy a place in my kitchen with some of my other well-used books. "Green Cleaning" was economically priced--in fact, with my 10% discount, it was a steal.
