    Excellent Cookbook!

This is my favorite cookbook! I love every recipe I've tried. I have been on the Weight Watchers plan and this cookbook works very well for that plan. And, unlike the WW cookbooks, this book has a picture for each recipe. I'm a very visual person, and WW drops the ball in this area. This book has fantastic tasting recipes with simple everyday items you can easily find in the store. No specialty ingredients or fancy cooking skills required (unlike the Cooking Light magazines and Cookbooks). I've tried the Taste of Home Healthy Cooking magazine and although it has some good recipes, it's not worth the price. Stick to their cookbooks; you get so much more for a little price.

    Highly Recommended

Every recipe I have tried has been very good. I have a very health conscious teenage boy that has liked all the recipies that I have cooked from this book. The recipes are flavorful, easy to make, and healthy!

People who want to eat Healthy

I use this book a lot because I am on a diet. It is good for weight watchers. Not only is it a good book for healthy eaters the recipes are really good and they don`t taste like diet food. People would more than likely want to keep this book on hand.

    Great cookbook!!

I think this is a wonderful cookbook! I have made several recipes and have several bookmarked that I want to make. My family doesn't even know they are eating a little healthier! I am keeping my secret because once they know they will start complaining...LOL This book has lots of color photos which is a must in my opinion, every recipe has the nutritional breakdown of calories, fat, fiber, and diabetic exchanges also.

    Delicious recipes

I was searching for a cookbook that would provide delicious meals for my family, yet be healthier options for me to eat because I am trying to diet and cut back on my calories. So far everything I have tried out of this book has been excellent, and you would not even know it was low calorie/low fat. I made the Cream Cheese Swirled Brownies for a Super Bowl party I was hosting and no one could believe they were low calorie brownies. The whole tray of brownies were gone by the end of the party. I have subscribed to Taste of Home magazine for years, which is why I trusted that the cookbook would have good recipes, and I have not been disappointed. Plus it is really helpful that they give you the nutritional information for every recipe, so you know exactly what you are eating.
