Best book I have ever read

The single greatest book, about a normal "untalented" (in her own words) girl who had a remarkable life and became the most famous stripper in the world, without ever taking off more then a glove. This is GYPSY, the memoir of non other then Gypsy Rose Lee, aka Rose Louise Hovik

Read It, You'll Love It - And You'll NEVER Forget It!

This story is among the most wonderful and incredible I've ever read, and to make matters even better, it's true! Gypsy's story is a Cinderella story. She's the overlooked sister of a star who later becomes a star herself. It's for every girl who ever felt like the odd girl out, or felt like she'd never come into her own. It's the story of dreams come true. And it's peopled with not just the characters that were famous, like Fanny Brice, but also with others - Gypsy's mother, her mother's boyfriend, and her incredible grandparents, not to mention all of the people they meet as they travel the country, mostly by train, though there are some funny bits about the female chauffeur they acquire later, during the heyday of vaudeville. There's also an immoral con artist in it called F.E. Gorham who should've been included in the play and the movie because she's so unintentionally hilarious. Don't wait. Rush right out and get this wonderful book!
