Perhaps do for her what was done for Eckhart.
As one who has read and enjoyed everything written by Matthew Fox, let me say that this book was no disappointment. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was enjoyable, informative and enlightening. To a point. It certainly was Dr. Fox's unique theology written in the light of St. Hildegard of Bingen. It certainly was a retelling of Dr. Fox's theology in the vein of St. Hildegard. I guess my only desire might be that he would do for the Hildegard corpus of writings what he did for Meister Eckhart in "Breakthrough", which was much more thorough than this book.

Buyer Beware! This book is filled with lies and deception. This is NOT a true biography of St. Hildegard of Bingen who was made a Doctor of the Church by Pope Benedict XVI. This book is New Age nonsense. God can neither deceive nor be deceived. You are in my prayers, Matthew Fox. A true representation of who St. Hildegard truly is can be found in Hildegard of Bingen: Scivias (Classics of Western Spiritualty). In this book you will find her writings which reveal her visions that form a theological summa of Christian doctrine. St. Hildegard's spiritual teachings offer a profound Catholic message of redemption and sanctification. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
