    Horrible

This book does not teach the organization skills needed to mantain a website that needs to be constantly updated. It gets boring after a few pages. Other wise, its a good book to start off with (if you plan to return it to get a different one).

Helpful for first timers & as a reference guide afterward

I've found this book to be very useful for people just starting to use HTML. It makes this new language more friendly and doesn't scare you away. Definately worth investing into.

    It's just ok

It had a couple of pages of code that were missing something or just misstyped. It doesn't go over everything that well. For the price it isn't bad if you can figure out the errors. I read about 110 pages of it before I got another book and learned the same stuff easier in only 19 pages. It was Internet & World Wide Web How To Program. The problem with that book would have to be the price but they teach a lot more like java and active X

Doesn't go into enough depth with HTML and Explanations

It was alright for real beginners who don't understand the concept of the internet or webpages and how they work, but as an over all book it doesn't give good enough over all explanation of it's contents. SAMS Teach Yourself HTML 4 in 24 Hours is a much better book and more informative I thought.

Excellent way to start learning HTML

This book is great to start learning HTML. If you already know HTML, then it is a good review and guide. The one thing that it does lack is explaining some of the more advanced features uses.
