When I first started reading it I figure it would be more "juvenile" than his other books, because of the characters and such. And in some ways it was, but in others it wasn't. I was surprised to find a cast of witty, very resourceful characters, and an interesting plot.

I highly recommend.

fun humorous book for grages 4-6

Fun to read book. Not deep, but lots of action. I bet, that boys enjoy it more than girls, because there are bad girls in the story.

    What happened here?

I was amazed by what he wrote. All the other books he had written were great, but what happened here?

    How did this happen?

Eoin colfer is one of my favorite autors, but this novel is SO generalized, anyone could whrite it. The story line is totaly predictible. I would recomend it to small children only

    And they liked it REALLY?

I'm still shaking my head over this disaster mascarading as a book. This is the most poorly written book I've ever read. If Colfer hadn't written it, it would never have been published. Avoid this book at all costs.
