    This book is priceless

Tbis is the first book my daughter read on her own at the age of four. The look of sheer joy when she realized that she could read was priceless and she hasn't stopped since.

    A new beginning

When the winter animals all find this flower it's just like children on Christmas when they find their presents and also discover, though not psychologically, that the world and their lives will continue. It's a new beginning for animals because earth has resumed, a new beginning for children since their lives haven't changed and a new beginning for, hopefully, reading parents that they still have a job after company cutbacks. Believe me, I've lived through this and there's nothing worse than facing your child on a holiday than the day after you've been layed off. This book is of hope, trust and security - blessed be.

The First Book I Learned to Read Alone!

This was the first book I ever read on my own. After all these years I remember the story as if it were yesterday! This will be the first story I teach my own children to read.

    A very Happy Day

This is the first book I ever read. It's a great one for first time readers. It has a postive outlook... something good is always just around the corner.
