This book is for all you indecisive seniors

you may have to read between the lines in parts of the book, but jay mathews shows you how to pick the right college for you whether it be an Ivy League or not. Harvard Schmarvard helped me choose some of my potential college choices, that would best suit my wants and needs. If you are uncertain what type of college or even what college you want to go to, you need to buy this book, and it will help you on your way to the right college for you.

Take this book with a grain of salt

The author, an education writer for the Washington Post, had an epiphany when he recently went through the college search with his daughter. He himself matriculated initially at Occidental in California. Finding himself unhappy there, he transferred to Harvard. His son also went to Harvard. But then, unfortunately, his daughter didn't get in; she is now attending a small school in California. Matthews seems to have taken the rejection rather poorly, and this book is an effort to rationalize it!
