Great tasting recipes! Healthy without sacrificing taste.
I use my crockpot on an average 3-4 times a week. I own several of Mable's books and this one is by far my favorite. The layout of the book and the recipes make it very easy to read, use and understand. I am getting my mom a copy for her birthday.

For the adventurous gourmet
Some of the recipes in this book are a bit more out there than my other crockpot books. While most of them are adaptations of familiar recipes, this book brings ingredients together that at first seem unlikely. If you want to branch out into different recipes, this is the one for you. One tip though.. I've tried a few of the chicken recipes and the time suggested is really too long resulting in overcooked chicken that tends to get mushy.
