    wore my copy right out

    Love this cookbook. Lots of favorites of all types. I love the everyday chicken and dumpling recipe. I have had this book for several years and now need to replace it, as my copy is finally falling apart.

    #1 in taste and ease

    I was the queen of open-a-can cuisine until this book. The recipies are easy to follow and taste great. What a miracle that they are low fat too. Everyone in my office has bought this book after sampling the goodies I brought in.

    I've owned this book for a while and it is the BEST cook book I have ever owned. The recipies are delicious and the bonus is that they are low fat! They are usually rather easy to make and there is a wide variety even for those picky eaters (like me!). The book is also informative and you can learn how to cut fat from your own meals! Great buy!

    This is a fabulous cookbook!!!

    I'm always looking for healthy ways of cooking dinner for my family, but my husband likes the 'typical' dinners of 'meat and potatoes.' This book has tradtional meals that are easy to make and are much healthier than the original recipe! The thing I like best is that the author tells you how she reduced the fat and calories, so you can apply the methodology to ANY recipe ANYWHERE! I'd highly recommend this cookbook for anyone wanting to cook fabulous meals that are healthy too!
