Great continuation of the story that started with Heartfast. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
Things I did not like about the story:
The hero's name. I thought this before and now I am going to say it. The hero's name would have been less cheesey if he were just "Hunter" instead of "Master Hunter." The "Master" part just cannot be said with a straight face.
I am not much of a one for heroines that giggle but at least the hero does not so that is something. Laughing and chuckling is ok, giggling brings to mind 6 year olds and any other humans noted for lesser brainpower.
The covers. While this does subtly indicate that there are hot and heavy scenes, neither does it make the book stand out by showing the hero theme in any way. On the other hand, seeing super hero types on the cover would probably put off those not into that genre that would otherwise have given this a chance so maybe it was a good marketing idea after all.
Things I liked about the story:
Everything else. There is action and conflict built into the story naturally due to their hero job. Romance. Character development. Great read.
