I received a copy from the author in exchange for my honest review, so here it is. Another great story by Aubrey Rose. Living in London, Robb is a vampire and is a love them and leave them kind of guy. It is better than killing them. He keeps moving so no one know who or what he is. He is not looking for a relationship of any kind. Until Liz. She is in London working on her grad school project, working to find a cure for blood cancer that took her sister years ago. She is focused on blood more than guys. They are instantly attracted to each other. Can they fight the feelings? What will she do when she finds out what Robb is and she confronts him? Aubrey has a way with paranormal romances and they are well worth the time to read them. So pick this one up and enjoy it, I loved it.

A great opposites attract kind of romance. Plenty of light moments to break up the steamier scenes. Recommended.

Heartbitten is another wonderful story from the pen of Aubrey Rose, switching genres again she hits another
home run with this tale of vampires and chemistry.
Set in England Robb is a vampire who has been there, down that and got all the t-shirts to prove it, as one line
says “The notches on his bedpost, if he kept them, would have whittled down the entire bedframe to sawdust.”
Except he is looking for more, as we all are I suppose, what he is not looking for is love though.
Liz is an American studying in London, though there is an instant attraction Liz fights it because of who she is
and what she has gone through, once again Liz is looking for more but not realising she may have found it in
    Robb.
I know I shouldn't have but I loved the character of Thaddeus, definitely a vampire past his use by date,
he was just so well written that you had to love him.
Bough this ends on a happy note I hope that there is more to come, and that this becomes a series,
the characters were all so well drawn and the story so well written that when it finished I wanted more.
I received a free copy for an honest review.

    Loved it

I too received a copy if Heartbitten for my reviews but like a dummy I deleted the email so I bought the book and I loved it.
I was heartbroken for Robb and all that had happened to him. Liza coming in to his life was his second chance for happiness and Im glad she came around.

I read in one of the reviews that their hoped to see a second book to this story but I disagree. I don't see the need for it. The questiins were answered. Debts paid meant no need for the other vamp to come around. Liz made her choice.

I dont see the need for Aubrey to drag it on. The book was perfect the way it was written. I love her writings.

Heartbitten is a very interesting read. I didn't think I would like Heartbitten from reading the description. Another self-absorbed vampire billionaire...blah blah blah. I was very pleasantly surprised with the characters that Aubrey Rose created. Which I shouldn't be because Aubrey Rose is an amazing author. Robb and Liz were characters that I could get behind and root for. Can Robb and Liz work thru their differences? Heartbitten is a book that you won't be able to put down until you find out!
