A Good Laugh If That Is What You Are Looking For...
If you have read Bret Hart's biography, Hitman: My Real Life in the Cartoon World of Wrestling, then you will see just exactly how shallow and self preserving Shawn Michaels really is. Michaels portrays himself to be a great man and a great wrestler with very few faults. He constantly praises himself, Ric Flair, and even Vince Mcmahon.
When Michaels does discuss his faults (which are few and far between according to Michaels) he treats it airly, as if no harm is done. He even downplays his drug habit and tries to reason his way out of screwing Bret Hart.
In my opinion, this is not a book concerning a look at the real world of wrestling; it is a book dedicated to the glory of Shawn Michaels, the so called good person. If you want to read a good, honest book, try Bret Hart's autobiography, Hitman: My Real Life in the Cartoon World of Wrestling.
I understand there are two sides to every story. I read Bret Hart's and Shawn Michaels. I believe Hart...Michaels makes me sick.
