EXCELLENT BOOK
This book is the best self help book out there. This book is soo different from most books. It doesn't bash you ex or make fun of him. It takes a positive spin on everything about a break up. It focuses on self recovery instead of man bashing. This book will help you move on with your life and get up and look for a better man.

Very intuitive...
After recently learning that my relationship with my husband was over, I found this book. It's been such a huge help in navigating the break up and healing process. Somehow, Fields found just the right words I needed to read at just the right time.

Great Read!
Out of all the relationship books I have read this one really had a lot of insightful methods to help curtail of the negative effects of relationships. It's a refreshing look at how to take baby steps in healing after a break-up and learning to love yourself in the process. It's a must read!
