i have three words for you: over the rainbow

even though this is an EP, it has essentially become part of tori's collection, much like the crucify EP. this one contains the dakota version of hey jupiter, which takes on a life of it's own in all it's electronic glory. and then there are four live tracks, all of which are essential for tori fans: sugar, prior to which she tells an awesome story, honey, which tragically was left off of under the pink, the merry widow version of professional widow, which kicks more butt than the album version--if that's possible, and of course, her infamous and breath-taking version of "over the rainbow." be sure to pick this up if you don't have it already.

    Absolute Must Have For Tori-philes

When I first bought ''Hey Jupiter'', I was mesmerized by ''Somewhere Over the Rainbow'', it was and is the most beautiful rendition of it I've ever heard. I didn't like ''Sugar'' as much as I did on ''Venus& Back'' but I've grown to love it. I think the album version of ''Hey Jupiter'' is better than the Dakota version. ''Honey'' is really great, but I think the best song is ''Professional Widow'' (Merry Widow version), it's a hauntingly beautiful song that deserves to be heard.

    Lovely...

I would recommend buying this EP for Tori's quirky between-song-banter alone. Well, that's almost the only reason. Another reason is because it is absolutely beautiful. The song 'Honey' is intense, witty, with the perfect amounts of both sentiment and derision. The 'Hey, Jupiter' remix is stunning. Oh, yes, and Tori's rendition of 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow' is not to be missed. Tori deserves admiration and recognition for her EP effort.
