    Very strong and interesting story!

It's more 3.5 stars. This book something very different than what I'm use to. I really wanted to find out how the author would make it work with a very real and delicate issue, Abortion, Race, and Religion. I was very surprise on how it turned out. It made me think and kept me on my sit in certain situations. I like it and glad I read it.

I really liked Lucas and Maryanne as individuals though. Maryanne is strong girl with a messed up past but very likable. Lucas was a little annoying at the beginning but then I got to know him more and stared to see good in him. The only part that I really didn't enjoy was when their relationship was not going well and they would break up and get back together a lot. There were some typos but nothing that was too serious. It has some intense situations where I couldn't put the book down. I really like that in books.

All in all for being a serious book it does have it's good and funny moments. I think it was told very well and I really thought this story was interesting. It almost felt like watching a Law in Order episode ;D The ending was left beautifully. I think it was a good novel but I would not be reading this kind of books anytime soon. I don't really like reading about serious issues or religion. I would not recommend it to people who believe in Pro-life.
