Gives You Things to Think About
I think it's important to remember that doctors are still people, and this book can help patients (and practitioners) to understand it, to keep the consultation process in perspective. As a Nutrition graduate, I will be working from both sides, as a practitioner and with clients in working with their doctors. This book has reminded me that protocols and medical information should be kept accessible and understandable to the client, not to make it all a great mystery known only to the privileged few... While the author seems to me to be a bit trite and overreaching in some of his statements, it may just be a personality conflict on my part. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
