    Cheese making made easier

    Good easy book on how to make cheese. The soft cheeses are the easiest...could have been alittle more info on hard cheese.

    Comprehensive, well written, a lot more work than I expected

    I realized that cheese-making may be much more involved that I had anticipated after I read this book, but there are some very simple recipies that may produce good results after I try them out. I'm glad the author provided mail order sources for supplies, since most of them aren't easy to locate locally.

    Cheese Making Forum

    OK so I like cheese and tried to look up some info on one type on the web by searching for a Cheese Forum but amazingly couldn't find one . . . which led to me learn how to build websites and forums . . . which led me to build one called Cheese Forum org with a forum and info and pictures on over 1000 cheese plus tonnes of other stuff . . . which led me to wanting to make cheese . . . which led me to buy this excellent book off . . . which led to me to making several cheeses and posting recipes and pictures in the Forum . . . life is interesting in the roads one takes! If you are interested in anything Cheese please have a look, join in and send me recommendations and ideas!

    Beginning cheese makers rejoice!

    Finally a book that gives you ALL of the information you need to produce your own cheese; from the type of livestock to the tools you need to accomplish this tasks this book has it all.
