    I received these bookends as a gift. At first I loved them but then after a year one of the hearts came off the base.
    The adhesive used to hold the heart to the base just seemed to wear away. Soon after the hearts themselves
    started to peel. I loved the design and the weight of these bookends but the quality of this product is horrible. 
    I do not recommend this product!

    i have looked at these at the bookstore on more than one occasio

    i have looked at these at the bookstore on more than one occasion, and intended to buy them as a gift..then upon looking at them again closely,not only were they not really good quality, but the sculpture of them appeared to have more the appearance of a derriere rather than a heart..i opted not to buy them...thanks

    Do Not Pass These By...

    These are the most beautiful book ends you will ever purchase whether for yourself or a sweetheart! They are a little bit bigger than I had imagined, however, they make such a statement of loveliness that you will be glad of their eye-catching size. Just lovely.....

    I love them

    I first saw then in an actual store and just from the picture on the box I fell in love with them. At the time I couldn't get them for myself but when I received them for Christmas I was thrilled. They're heavier then they look which is great because I can use them to hold up lighter books without making the books look flimsy or I can use the bookends for heavier books and they will stay put. These bookends have made a permanent home on my bookshelf. The only thing that could be a drawback is when I opened the box there was a card warning the user not to put them in direct sunlight because it could change or dull the color. This isn't a problem for me but it might be something to keep in mind.

    Absolutely adorable!

    I adore my bookends. I had been looking at them for a long time and got them a few weeks ago for my birthday. They are so beautiful. They are heavy. And they are great to hold up my Twilight set ;)

    Beautiful

    These were larger and heavier than I expected, but that is a good thing. They look absolutely beautiful on my large desk. I am so glad that I bought them. I bought them for Valentine's day but they look so nice that I am going to keep them on my desk all year.
