    Misquoted

The actual quote is "I have measured out my life WITH coffee spoons." I expected better from a book company.

I bought 2 of these mugs, one for my grown daughter and one for me. We love Barnes and Noble,
reading and drinking coffee.  I always check out the porcelain coffee cups. These cups are

My husband and I went to the Barnes and Noble store on The Plaza in Kansas City last November 2012 and purchased this mug because I love T.S. Eliot. I washed and dried it by hand and it never went into the dishwasher. I didn't use it daily and had it put up until just recently. The cup handle is fractured at a stress point from the weight of the cup itself and unuseable. Big disappointment. This mug is not well made.

    Love this mug!

As a fan of T.S. Eliot, I was a little dismayed at the quote being incorrect. However, as an English lit nerd, I'm more than happy to drink tea from it.

It washes well in the dishwasher and doesn't stain if I should happen to leave tea in it overnight.

I'm an Eliot lover, so my opinion is biased, but it really is a beautiful, well made mug. Lots of people in my office commented on it who had no idea who Eliot was, and I was afforded the opportunity of talking about Prufrock and The Waste Land! Gotta love it.
