I received this stationary set and the matching pen as a Christm

I received this stationary set and the matching pen as a Christmas gift a few years back. I am an avid letter writer and have a collection of stationary from the US (Hallmark, Punch Studios, etc), Japan, Korea, fair trade handmade pieces, and more. This stationary set from from Peter Pauper Press is definitely higher quality than the stuff you get from other places. Like another customer said, the stationary is thick enough to write on both sides with ink pens. And like the other customer said, all it takes is to fold the piece of paper in half and insert it into the envelope which it fits into perfectly. It is not as embellished as Punch Studio pieces, but I will say that it has something very classic about it that all the people that I have sent it to have thought that I had personally picked out this letter set for each of them since the quality is so fine. I have even used it as a wedding card on more than one occasion, to be perfectly honest. Would like it better if it had a version with more envelopes and stationary in it though. Other than that, great letter set for everyday and sentimental uses.

    Lovely Letters

This stationary is very good quality, thick, and only requiring one fold to fit in the blue envelope provided. The texture of the paper allows ones pen to effortlessy glide across the page, with golden butterflies sporatically placed along the margins, top and bottom. Ink does not absorb through, so writing on both sides of the page is possible. It is very pretty, I enjoy sending my letters on it, and would love to receive a letter from someone on such lovely stationary.
