Time to see yourself, honestly.
Sheila Walsh has written a book about what it is like to be on the wrong side of depression. She takes you into her private world and allows those of us on the outside, a glimpse of what our loved ones just might be going through. What causes us to see ourselves so differently than others do? What can we do to see ourselves as God does and how He intended us to be? Sheila gives us answers to these questions and many others. I highly recommend this book. Buy one for yourself and additional ones to give away. It's an easy read and can unlock the door to the road to recovery. It made me wonder just how many people we see everyday are suffering from this illness called depression and how grateful I am for God's grace through Jesus Christ. Wouldn't it be great if reading this book could keep us from suffering from depression before it ever got started?
