    a sweet sexy read

Lucy Monroe pens a sensual tale in Housekeeper to the Millionaire. ----------- Carlene Daniels relocated to Sunshine Springs to heal her broken heart after her love wasn¿t returned. She hopes to return to teaching but right now will take almost any job offered. That is how she ended up at millionaires Win Garrison¿s ranch house. Carlene figures the job of housekeeper should be a breeze, that was until she met Win. ============== Win Garrison just wants someone to make his house run easier so he can concentrate on running the ranch. Carlene Daniels fits the bill skill wise but she it tempting him in ways he hadn¿t planned on dealing with. After working with Carlene for a bit Win lays down the ground rules. He is attracted to her but is in no way interested in marriage but is willing to pursue her. That rule is troubling for Carlene if she gets back into teaching, she can¿t be the live in lover to her boss. --------------- Win and Carlene fight the attraction until it takes over their every thought. But they both are dealing with past hurts and this is coloring their thinking. --------------- Lucy Monroe delivers another emotion packed and sensual story. I can always count on being swept away into a world that is love filled and moving. These characters grow and change over the course of the book, making you love them more with each turn of the page. ---------------

Steamy, Sexy! Originally released as What the Rancher Wants

Lucy Monroe absolutely charmed me with this book. It was one of those love stories ....sweet yet steamy and the main character Charlene Daniels we briefly met in The Rancher Rules. In both books, Charlene¿s good looks and sexy figure give both men and women the wrong impression. No one realizes that she graduated at the top of her class in English literature, and for most of her teen to adult life, she was misjudged based on her looks and her recent occupation as cocktail waitress at the Dry Gulch,----- Charlene¿s morals are impeccable, she has never been intimate with a man. She did try to seduce a rancher and it backfired¿ a few people were privileged with that information, she is extremely nervous that her chances of being hired for a teaching position might be compromised. Her goal is to live her dream¿..to teach and to be loved for who she is not how she looks!----- When Charlene arrives at Win Garrison¿s ranch to apply for a temporary housekeeping position, all she cares about is doing a good job, and earning some extra money before turning in her teaching application. What Charlene does not count on is that Win Garrison is a stunning cowboy with shocking good looks, an incredible body, sexy, charming and absolutely makes it clear he is off limits for marriage. He had been there, done that and it failed miserably. However, Win is determined to bed Charlene at any cost!----- Their entire journey is a romantic dance of tension, foreplay, sass and a real battle of strong wills. Win wants Charlene at any cost and to keep her there in the evenings, so he begs her to stay when his sister literally ¿dumps¿ her two small children on his doorstep. Win¿s determination and Charlene¿s distress are something you will not want to miss! Their love story is beautiful it is passionate, sizzling, and definitely sweet. I loved this book and it sincerely touched my heart, as I am sure it will touch yours!-----

    The Cowboy meets his match.

Carlene Daniels really needs this job, so she tried to hide her curves under loose fitting clothes, with her hair pulled back away from her face. Carlene was tired for working as a bartender, wearing sexy and revealing clothes. The ad in the paper was for a housekeeper for a horse rancher. All Carlene wanted to do was get a job teaching students again. If this housekeeping job could last until fall then maybe she could get her life back on track, and she could put the trouble in her past behind her. Carlene was very surprised when a tall, dark and handsome man right out of the pages of he childhood storybooks, answered the door. Millionaire Win Garrison was in need of someone to take care of his house and make life easier for him. But one look at the woman that was applying for the job and Win could think of only one thing, how he was going to get her into his bed. Carlene might not be a housekeeper and cook, but she was soon making everyone happy that she was doing the cooking and not Shorty the ranch hand. Carlene was fighting the attraction that sparked between her and Win. Carlene swore that she would save herself until she was married...but could she keep resisting Win? Lucy Monroe brings a strong will of Carlene against the sexy charm of Win. Ms. Monroe will take you on the ride of your life. Win swears that he will never again marry, to be at the whim of a wife. Carlene just want a man she can love, a house with a yard and children. Will Win find out that what he really wants could be his housekeeper for keeps?
