    Camel's Hump a Big Hit

    I am 7 years old and I liked this book (my mom helped me write this). At last, a true story of how the camel got its hump. I can't tell you how long I have wondered about why the camel got a hump and I did not. I liked this book lots.

    Don't recommend!

    I bought this book for my 3.5 year old son. He has seen the Disney channel cartoon "Tinga Tinga", which is a cute series about how animals became the way they are now, and absolutely loves it. I thought this book would be similar to those tales. Although it does offer fictional theories about how the camel got its hump, it is boring and written at a much more difficult reading level than other Little Golden books. My son likes to reread all of his books a hundred times but he has shown no interest in reading this book after we first read it. Very disappointing purchase!!
