Are you serious? This book is full of misinformation and twistin
Are you serious? This book is full of misinformation and twisting of the truth. I was hoping for an educated take on the subject. Unfortunately, misrepresentation has once again prevailed. As a veterinarian in the food animal industry, the judicious use of antibiotics, top quality animal care, use of naturally-occurring hormones, and cow comfort are important issues and top priority. I'm disappointed by the clear lack of research on the subject on the part of the author. On a side note, one cannot avoid hormones. People, animals, and vegetables, organic or otherwise produce naturally occurring hormones. These same naturally occurring hormones, rBST specifically is naturally produced by the cow. You drink as much BST in a glass of organic milk as you do regular, standard milk. PubMed, friends. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
