    Problem with Barnes and Noble

Bought the book, can't open on Barnes and noble so bought it on Amazon. It is a great book. Kindle seems to do a better job without the hassle.

    Extremely helpful

While reading this book to learn more about myself and my emotions, I learned far more than I ever could have imagined. My wife and I have been reading this book to help me understand what I am doing and why, and it has saved our marriage and friendship. This book hits it right on the head. Dr. Bernstein has his hand, or mind I should say, on the pulse of human emotions. Thank you Dr. Bernstein and to future readers, it really could save you from a life of misery and emotional ups and downs. Great read and a must read for all.

Don't Let the Title Fool You!

The title and cover may be a bit misleading. This book deals with not only anger, but depression and anxiety. Give it a try--you will learn something about yourself and others!

    Explosively Entertaining!

This book is extraordinarily helpful. It entertains you with knowledge about helping yourself and others, as it challenges you to re-think your thought processes and gives a peek at the way professionals deal with their clients. All in terms for the layman, and with a bit of humor! My only regret is that my copy now has highlighting and pencil scribbles in the margins!
