A Must Read for Serious Home Chef's
This book is a wonderfuly interesting read. Parsons breaks down the science into understandable parts. As an added bonus, the recipe's are superb. I tried two of them the first weekend I got the book, and they were absolutely great, very subtle and nuanced. A must read for the serious home chef....Was this review helpful? No Relative of the Author, Just A Fan of the Book
